The dishes that I will propose are ancient recipes that my grandparents gave to me.

Using a high quality raw material, I will surely respect the simplicity of the Roman cuisine.

Puntarelle, artichokes, Amatriciana, Gricia, Carbonara, Cacio e pepe and so many varieties of the traditional Roman dishes.

They are recipes of the popular tradition, handed down from our ancestors over the centuries.

Tasty meat, vegetables, fruits and a lot of cheese: this is the Pecorino’s kingdom, infinitely loved.

All accompanied by our delicious wine.
